Can I control the marketing I receive?
2.1 Promotional emails are sent exclusively to players who choose to receive them. You can stop them at any time from your account settings, or with the unsubscribe option in each promotional email.
2.2 Opting out does not affect service messages about your account, payments or security.
2.3 Players who are self-excluded or in a cooling-off period never receive marketing from us.
Why do you use my information?
3.1 This information lets us create and manage your account, carry out identity and location checks, process payments, provide games and promotions, answer support requests, detect fraud and money laundering, and run the tools on our Player Protection page.
What can I ask you to do with my information?
4.1 You may request that we:
- provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- update any information that is inaccurate or no longer current;
- erase information we are no longer required to keep;
- cease processing your data for marketing or any other purpose you object to.
4.2 Email your request to [email protected]. We confirm your identity before taking action. Where the law obliges us to retain specific records, for example anti-money laundering files, we explain the reason.
Does my information leave Canada?
5.1 Our game studios, payment processors and hosting partners can process data in other countries. When information is transferred abroad, we require contractual safeguards that give it protection comparable to Canadian standards.
Do you use cookies?
6.1 Yes. Our About Cookies page explains each type and how to manage them.
What about players under 19?
7.1 Only players aged 19 or over may use this site. Any account found to be held by a minor is closed and its data erased, except where the law obliges us to retain it. See our 19+ Policy.
Who do you share my information with?
8.1 We share only what each partner needs:
- payment processors that process your deposits and cashouts;
- identity and location verification providers;
- service providers for hosting, game delivery, email and fraud prevention;
- authorities, where Canadian law requires disclosure.
8.2 We never sell personal data.
What gives you the right to use my information?
9.1 We process your information on the basis of the consent you give at registration and when you choose to receive marketing. We also process it where the law requires, for example to confirm your age and identity and to carry out anti-money laundering checks, and where this is needed to deliver the service you signed up for.
How do you keep it secure?
10.1 Data is encrypted in transit, stored on access-controlled systems, and visible only to team members who need it for their role.
10.2 Choose a strong password that others cannot easily work out, and never share it.
Will this page change?
11.1 We revise this page when our practices or legal obligations change, and the date of the current version appears here. Any material changes will be sent to you by email.
How long do you keep my information?
12.1 Records of your account, verification and transactions are kept for the period that Canadian money laundering and record keeping rules demand, which can extend beyond the closure of an account. We delete or anonymise any other information once it stops serving a purpose described on this page.
How do I contact you about privacy?
13.1 Email [email protected], using the address on file for your account.
