What rules apply to every promotion?
1.1 These Promotion Terms cover every bonus, free spin, tournament and reward offered in Promotions and through Red Deer Rewards. They form part of our General Terms.
1.2 Each offer has its own details on the Promotions page. Those details add to these terms. If the two differ, the offer details govern that offer.
1.3 Bonuses are optional. You can play with your cash balance alone and never take a promotion.
1.4 Beyond the welcome offer, our regular Promotions include Late-Night Spins between 02:00 and 08:00 ET, Spin Races with free spin prizes, Game of the Week, Drops & Wins network leaderboards, a Blackjack Leaderboard paying the top 500 places, a free-to-play game with a prize pool, and personal daily offers that remain valid for 24 hours.
1.5 Red Deer Rewards has six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Black. You earn points on real money stakes and exchange them for bonus credits. Level-up bonuses are awarded as you move up. Black is our top tier and is by invitation only.
What counts as bonus abuse, and what happens if it occurs?
2.1 Bonus abuse includes:
- opening additional accounts in order to claim a single offer repeatedly;
- cooperating with other players to share or transfer bonus value;
- staking above the permitted cap with bonus funds;
- playing excluded games to clear a bonus;
- low-risk play, for example wagering on both sides of an even-money bet;
- using software or scripts to clear wagering.
2.2 If we detect bonus abuse, we may void the bonus along with any resulting winnings, exclude the player from future promotions and apply the measures in our General Terms. Cash you have deposited is not taken.
Who can take part?
3.1 Promotions are available to account holders who are 19 or older, have passed our identity and location verification and are located in a region of Canada where the law allows online casino play.
3.2 Only one claim per person, household, device and payment method is permitted for each offer.
3.3 We send no offers or promotional messages to players who are self-excluded or in a cooling-off period.
3.4 Ontario does not permit public advertising of incentives, so players there see the welcome offer only once they have registered or logged in. The offer and its terms do not change.
How is wagering counted for each type of game?
4.1 Bonus funds carry a 1x playthrough. You stake the bonus amount once, within 7 days, before the bonus converts to cash.
4.2 Game types count toward the playthrough as follows:
- Slots: 100%
- Video poker contributes 50%
- Table games (RNG): 10%
- Live Casino: 0%
4.3 Your progress is displayed in the bonus section of your account.
4.4 Winnings from welcome free spins are credited as cash and carry no wagering requirement.
Is there a stake cap during bonus play?
5.1 Each offer's terms set out the maximum stake permitted per spin or round while the bonus is active. Wagering more than that amount may result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings linked to it.
5.2 Free spins are played at a fixed stake set by us, so the cap does not affect them.
How do I opt in?
6.1 Select the offer on the Promotions page or in the cashier before you make the qualifying deposit.
6.2 Personal daily offers appear in your account. Opting in to one does not commit you to deposit.
6.3 To decline a bonus already credited, email [email protected] before you start playing with it.
What is the current welcome offer?
7.1 25 Free Spins on Your First C$10 Deposit.
- First deposit of at least C$10;
- 25 free spins on a selected featured slot;
- free spin winnings are wager-free;
- winnings credited as cash;
- spins remain valid for 24 hours.
7.2 The offer applies to your first deposit only and cannot be claimed again.
When do bonuses expire?
8.1 Welcome free spins are valid for 24 hours from the moment they are credited. Any spins left unused are removed.
8.2 Bonus funds must complete their playthrough within 7 days. After that, the remaining bonus and its winnings are removed. Your cash balance is not touched.
8.3 Personal daily offers expire 24 hours after they appear.
Can I hold more than one bonus?
9.1 Only one bonus can be active on an account at any time. A new bonus starts after the current bonus is completed, expires or is forfeited.
Is there a limit on how much I can convert to cash?
10.1 If a promotion limits how much can convert to cash, that limit is shown in the promotion's details. Any amount over the limit is removed on conversion.
10.2 Welcome free spin winnings go straight to your cash balance and carry no wagering.
Can promotions change?
11.1 We may modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion, and update these Promotion Terms, when our offers or legal requirements change. The version shown on this page always applies.
11.2 A bonus claimed before a change remains governed by the terms in force when you claimed it, unless the law states otherwise.
